Method transfer: giant leap of faith or well-trodden path?

Asset ownerships are changing much more often as larger numbers of collaborations and partnerships in drug development occur. The increasing use of global outsourced resource will drive the frequency of method transfers, both across and within projects. It is therefore surprising that, despite numerous regional bioanalytical guidelines that have proliferated in recent years, there does not appear to be a standard approach...
