Press Release: KCAS Bioanalytical and Biomarker Services appoints Dr Joyce Slusser as Senior Scientist in Large Molecule Department

Kansas City, MO. – (April 2016) KCAS Bioanalytical and Biomarker Services, a small and large molecule Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)-compliant and certified registrant for Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) bioanalytical and biomarker contract research organization (CRO) has welcomed Joyce Slusser as Senior Scientist in their large molecule department.

With more than 16 years experience with Flow Cytometry and 6 years of experience in various CLIA environments Dr. Slusser will be instrumental in the continuing development and expansion of services offered within KCAS’s large molecule department.

For most of her career Joyce has focused her passion on biomarker discovery for drug action and immune monitoring in disease/treatment through Flow Cytometry. Dr. Slusser is an active member of multiple Cytometry associations and is the founder of Great Plains Analytical Cytometry Association. Before coming to KCAS she was a global senior application analyst for Beckman Coulter. Joyce also was a research assistant professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
