We sat down with Nico van de Merbel (PRA Health Sciences) at the recent 8th EBF Open Meeting discussing the advantages of working at both a University and a CRO, and what he believes are the main regulatory challenges. We also asked Nico if he believes whether LBA and LC–MS scientists are now working together when analyzing large molecules, rather than competing against each other.
