POSTERS
Please submit your poster contribution (abstract) before October 15th, 2016 to[email protected]. Please use this form to do so.
Please take note of the following:
- Posters should be in place during the morning at the start of the meeting and remain in place until the end of the conference
- A representative for the poster should be at the poster during certain periods during the meeting
- Poster size is 0.9 m by 1.8 m maximum, portrait
- Posters abstracts should be submitted to: [email protected] prior to October 15th, 2016
- When the capacity of the poster space is reached (120 posters) the organizing committee holds the right to reject posters for those organisations having submitted > 5 posters (Pt Sponsors excluded), to facilitate more organizations to contribute.
