Boris Gorovits
Boris Gorovits holds position of VP, Non-clinical and Clinical Bioanalysis at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (NY, USA). After obtaining a PhD in Enzymology, Boris joined the Protein biophysics department at UT Medical Center, San Antonio (TX, USA). Boris’s industry experience includes working at Wyeth (NJ, USA), Pfizer (NY, USA), Sana (WA, USA) and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, with the main focus on bioanalytical and PD support of biotherapeutics, including support of discovery and regulated non-clinical and clinical trials. Boris has experience working with many modality types of biotherapeutics, covering MAbs, bispecifics, ADCs, AAVs and CAR-Ts. Boris is actively involved in industry conversations focusing on PK and immunogenicity assessments, rational design of bioanalytical and biomarker testing strategy for various modalities of biotherapeutics.
