Panel discussion: developing careers within the bioanalytical field

Over the past 12 years, Bioanalysis Zone has supported and recognized early career researchers, as we believe it is important to support those who will establish themselves within the field and contribute integral research to the future of bioanalysis.

In this panel discussion, our experts met up whilst at the 15th EBF Open Symposium and discussed the challenges that early career researchers face and how they can overcome these obstacles to cement their reputation within the bioanalytical field. We also discussed how the recent pandemic has affected the career trajectory of those working within the bioanalytical field and what this might mean for the future of those looking to further their career progression and development.
