Carter Melton has a background in Biomedical Engineering with extensive experience in the field of flow cytometry, cell sorting and technical training. Currently, he holds a Senior Field Application Specialist position at Miltenyi Biotec, which involves supporting customers with designing and developing flow cytometry assays capable of generating reproducible results among various operators, devices and across sites. Carter has experience in flow cytometry assay qualification and validation as well as automation of laboratory processes including electronic batch record.
