After earning my PhD in pharmacology from The University of Texas (Austin, Texas), I entered the world of sales to explore my passion for business and science. When working with clients, I take a consultative approach to understanding their objectives/problems, so that I can propose a solution to help achieve their goals.
Aashritha Marepalli

Spearheading Sannova’s marketing strategy, Aashritha brings an analytical perspective to the Sannova team with her experience in finance and business operations. She focuses on bridging client experience and project execution from lab to customer. Aashritha began her career in investment management at Harding Loevner (NJ, USA), focused on servicing emerging markets portfolios for institutional clients. Discovering a passion for growing companies, Aashritha transitioned to fintech, where she worked with seed to series A level startups in developing innovative loan products, before joining Sannova. Aashritha holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business (VA, USA) and a BS from NYU’s Stern School of Business (NY USA).
Malleswar Kollu

As CSO, Malleswar leads Sannova’s bioanalytical and analytical laboratories, overseeing good manufacturing and laboratory practices across a range of CRO services. He comes from decades of experience in bioanalytical and analytical research. Starting off his career at Dr. Reddy’s Labs (NJ, USA), Malleswar is well-versed in developing selective and sensitive HPLC and LC/MS/MS methods for the quantification of drugs and their metabolites in biological fluids. Later moving to the CRO side of the industry, Malleswar has proven his capabilities in various extraction techniques for clinical studies as well as developing standard operating procedures and part 11 compliant validation plans. Having worked with hundreds of molecules and methods over the span of his career, Malleswar brings top-notch scientific expertise to pharmaceutical projects.
