Special Focus Issue: Bioanalysis of Large Molecules by LC–MS

The increasing interest in protein therapeutics development has given rise to a concomitant interest in the emerging methodologies for large-molecule (LM) quantification. Even though the ligand-binding assay (LBA) is still the gold-standard for LM quantification, more and more applications are being developed for the bioanalysis of LM by LC–MS, as it often provides certain distinct advantages.
