Tech Note: multiple approaches for routine early-stage bioanalytical quantification

INTRODUCTION

This Tech Note explores platforms for the quantification of small molecules in complex matrices. As triple-quadropole mass spectrometers have been the dominant platform within the pharmaceutical industry, there has been an increasing interest in accurate mass systems in the application for these workflows. While these platforms often provide insufficient sensitivity to meet the needs of these workflows, this Tech Note introduces the ZenoTOF 7600 system, with sensitivity gains to bring accurate mass quantification to early-stage bioanalytical work.
