Waters enter agreement to acquire Andrew Alliance

Waters Corporation (MA, USA), an analytical laboratory instrument and software provider, have officially entered into an agreement to acquire Andrew Alliance (Geneva, Switzerland), an innovator in laboratory automation technology, including robotics and software.

Andrew Alliance, founded in 2011, with approximately 40 employees in Switzerland, France and the United States have developed a cloud-native software platform. The platform and its modern interface are designed to improve the use of automation technology and enable more scientists to realize the potential advantages of repeatability for routine and complex laboratory workflows.
