Poster presentations from the 11th Workshop on Recent Issues in Bioanalysis (WRIB)

The Bioanalysis Zone and Bioanalysis team attended this year’s 11th Workshop on Recent Issues in Bioanalysis (WRIB; LA, USA), 3–7 April 2017. As usual the event had a host of excellent talks by leading experts in all aspects of bioanalysis, with sessions on small molecules, large molecules, biomarkers, LBA, LC–MS and immunogenicity, plus a full program of training sessions and discussions for the forthcoming White Paper.

We were particularly proud to support and present the WRIB Poster Awards to Annelies Codden, John Lowe and Neal Simmons. Click on the winners’ names below to see their winning posters along with an exclusive interview.

What the judges had to say

“… What struck me most whilst reviewing the posters, was the breadth of science and technology employed in the bioanalysis arena and how incredible it was to see how scientists are leveraging novel and traditional applications to get improvements in interpretation, robustness and throughput in the bioanalytical laboratory. “ – Amanda Wilson (Head Pre-Clinical Bioanalysis & Toxicokinetics, AstraZeneca)

“These poster sessions provide a great vehicle to provide international exposure for WRIB participants and for the projects they are engaged in.  This is particularly useful for new labs, CROs and young scientists who wish to showcase their new bioanalytical techniques. “ – Jeffrey X Duggan (Director, Bioanalytical Mass Spectrometry, Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals) & Olga Kavetska (Director, Group Lead, Clinical Assay, Pfizer, Inc.)

Some of the other presenters have also agreed to share their posters with us – you can see these below.
