Faster bio-characterization workflows offered by collaboration between Waters and Genovis

Written by Vivian Xie

Lab equipment, instrument and service provider Waters (MA, USA) partners with biopharmaceutical enzyme provider Genovis (Lund, Sweden) to develop efficient bio-characterization workflows. The hope for the collaboration is to bring efficiency to complete routine biopharmaceutical characterization workflows provided by Waters, including the Waters BioAccord LC–MS System, Andrew+ pipetting robot and Genovis’ SmartEnzymes. Through this partnership, the characterization of critical quality attributes of monoclonal antibodies and other protein-based drugs can be carried out faster and more consistently.
